Hi! We’re Pete and Jordan
Where it all started
Our story began on Black Friday in 2019 at Bella Notte, a local Italian restaurant in Lexington. Pete happened to be visiting his friend, Geoff, at work the same night Jordan went to Bella Notte with friends, and her friend, Caitlyn, was working too. Since Caitlyn and Geoff were dating, they naturally introduced us… and the rest is history!
Pete, originally from Nicholasville, was living in Columbus at the time, but we made long-distance work. Then came March 2020—Covid shut the world down, but it gave us even more time together. By that summer, Pete had moved back to Lexington, and we’ve been inseparable ever since. ❤️
Becoming Puppy Parents
Over the years, we have discovered a shared love for many things, but at the top of both our lists is our dog! Mila is an energetic, loving, and goofy Blue Heeler/Lab mix who quickly stole our hearts in February 2021. She was the cutest puppy ever!

But we can't forget about the kitties!
Jack, our orange kitty also known as “Special Agent Jack Bower”, is mischievous, meows loudly (and often!), and constantly seeks attention—but he’s also incredibly loving and just wants to be adored by everyone.
Artie, our black-and-brown kitty, is the classic “scaredy-cat”. She’s timid and cautious at first, but once she trusts you, her love is so pure and gentle.
So many weddings!
We love spending time with family and friends, and with our big friend groups, we’ve enjoyed attending several weddings together!
Catch us at a show!
Concerts and festivals are a favorite for us, where we can enjoy all kinds of music and just have fun together. And getting to meet one of Pete’s favorite bass players, the legendary Victor Wooten, is a memory we’ll never forget! 🎸
Our Girl, Mila!
Mila loves playing frisbee or fetch, going on walks, and playing (or destroying) all of her toys! But most of all, she adores Pete and is always begging for his attention.
Exploring Together
We’re big fans of hiking and camping, and Mila is our ultimate adventure buddy! We picked her partly because her breed loves the outdoors, and she’s happiest when she’s outdoors and exploring trails.
Our Engagement!
We were actually camping in the Great Smoky Mountains at our favorite campground, Elkmont in Gatlinburg, TN, when Pete proposed in November 2024! When we got home, we celebrated our 5 year anniversary, at Bella Notte, where we met!
From a chance meeting to a love that keeps growing…
We’ve had so much fun over the past six years and feel so lucky to have found each other! Over the years, we’ve accomplished so much together, including buying our first home in 2024! We’re excited to continue to grow together through marriage and look forward to spending the rest of our lives together. We are blessed with the best family and friends to support us and our future, and we can’t wait to celebrate our marriage with all of you!
